Imagine...what it would feel like to spend your day doing what you love and do best while I handle the rest.

Thank you for taking your time to get to know me better! You, like me, know the value of time and having enough of it to realize your professional and personal dreams.
My dream has been to create an authentic life and I believe the creation of my company, VoilA! virtual assistance represents what Thoreau meant when he said, “Go confidently in the direction of your dreams. Live the life you've imagined.” ~Henry David Thoreau |

Why Virtual Assistance? Becoming a Virtual Assistant has been a natural evolution in my personal and professional life. It is the convergence of my unique skills, personal qualities and lifestyle choices with today’s technology and the freedom that it offers. My practice of a handful of savvy clients benefit from my core competencies in executive administrative support, communications, sales/service, marketing and finance, coupled with a global perspective gained from working in a pan-European environment. The story… After working for several world-class organizations in the US, I created a wonderful opportunity for myself to follow my heart and move to France. While learning to adapt in a new culture and master the French language, I built a successful career where I had the good fortune to work in a multi-cultural environment organizing events, managing communications and providing English language coaching to business professionals. During my years abroad, I would often reflect on whether I wanted to be in the US or Europe and always ended up saying, “My dream job would allow me to live and work on both continents.” One day, I “happened” on a Reader’s Digest article about Virtual Assistance. I was intrigued! I continued to do research and talked with family and trusted friends about the idea. The consensus was unanimous; it was perfect! Professional Experience While I have had specialty training and experience in a number of disciplines, I have always considered myself a creative generalist with the ability to balance big-picture strategic thinking with bottom-line pragmatism. In addition to traveling geographically, I have enjoyed a number of professional destinations as well: banking, retail, manufacturing and most recently, a business development organization. Through these experiences I have been able to enhance my creative abilities, develop operational discipline and assimilate the meaning of world class service. I believe that I have added value on each step of the journey. Qualities I am proactive, with an eye for detail, strong follow-through skills and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Personal qualities include the ability to establish trust and build relationships, a high level of integrity and accountability, and an absolute commitment to superlative customer service. In preparation for my transition from employee to business owner, I worked with a personal development coach to see if I was a fit for the virtual world. Through testing and a series of one-on-one interviews, we developed my strength profile. Personality traits were defined in four categories: Interpersonal, Organizational, Dedication and Self-Control. A list of my strengths includes sociability, conscientiousness, alertness, structure, flexibility, creativity, ambition and endurance with a very high score in autonomy. On a Personal Note I was born and raised in sunny, Southern California and at an early age demonstrated academic excellence, strong social skills and an aptitude for leadership. I grew up surrounded by a loving extended family and have great friends on both continents. Today, I am blessed to work with clients who I like and respect, doing work that I am passionate about, while living in places that inspire me!
